Product Returns and Cancellations:

Order Cancellation (Products):

Customers can cancel product orders within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email at contactus@baby2ma.com or by calling our helpline.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy (Damaged Products):

If a product arrives damaged from outside during shipping, customers are eligible for a complete refund.
Customers must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team.
To process the refund, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please email the unboxing video to contactus@baby2ma.com along with your order number.
Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 7-10 business days.
